Subscriptions and credits

Your plan, remaining remasters and pack credits are in the app under Settings. To restore a purchase on a new device, open Settings and choose Restore Purchases.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

A failed or expired remaster never uses a credit.

Refunds

Payments go through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Remaster

If a remaster changed something it should not have, try another finish, or add a sentence of direction. Your original is never modified: a remaster is a new version beside it. The questions on the home page cover the most common cases.

Privacy requests

To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, write to perfectphotosapp@gmail.com. The Privacy Policy explains what is sent when you remaster and how long it is kept.
